Not Receiving Replies?
If you have contacted us in the past but have not received a reply, your
ISP or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from CatholicMax.com. AOL users
check your spam folder for our response to you, as often AOL automatically sends
any email with a business .com extension into the spam folder. If you suspect
your ISP is blocking email from CatholicMax.com, please consult the help section
of your e-mail program to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter
or block mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail
from us, please contact us again with your question.
Phone
Currently we do not offer phone support or accept orders by phone. If you are
concerned about the security of using our Internet shopping cart, we use the
latest Yahoo Merchant shopping cart, and we have never had a security breach on
any order.

Sending Gifts to Multiple Addresses
You can send gifts to multiple addresses - eliminating the need to enter your billing
information multiple times. Please follow the following steps:
1.
Add all of the gifts you want to purchase to your Shopping cart.
2. View
your Shopping Cart.
3. CLICK on the link "Send to more than one address"
located at the top of your Cart.
• When you click on "Send to more than one address" checkboxes will appear next to
each item in your shopping cart.
• Choose the item (or items), select the quantity you want to send to Address #1,
and proceed with the checkout process.
• At the end of the checkout process click on "Ship to Address #2."
• You will be returned to this same shopping cart with the same selection of items
to repeat the process with your next address.
• A running total will be displayed so you can keep track how much you are spending.
• For your convenience and security, only your billing address is saved -- all you
need to enter is the shipping address for each recipient and your credit card
number.
